This was said to me by Steve Bandrowczak, and from that moment on, I've always loved the mantra - it captures everything I believe about leadership and growth.

My career began in printing sales and marketing, where I learned first-hand how vision, drive, and teamwork create growth.

In 1992, I joined Graphic Inline (later Go Inspire) as a Board Member, helping to steer its development.

Over three decades, I've led teams through MBOs, acquisitions, and major transformations.

In 2016, I led my own MBO backed by Lloyds Bank and became CEO.

Turnover then: £40 million.

By 2022, we sold to Xerox with turnover of £97 million (that full financial year) and EBITDA just under £10 million.

I'm ambitious. I love to win - but more importantly, I love helping others achieve their own success stories.
